30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your item for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
NOTE: If there is any manufacturer defect or shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours and take photos and videos to show us the defect for us to verify.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team to inform us of your intent to return the item. You can reach us via email at support@momolighting.com.
- We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item.
- Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
If you want to initiate a refund, please contact us and we will provide you with a return address.
Note: If the return is not due to a manufacturer's defect, the customer will be required to ship the product back to us at their own expense, and our shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund. We'll deduct a 20% restocking fee.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that certain items are not eligible for refunds:
- Customized or personalized items.
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
- Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Shipping Costs
While we offer free shipping for your order, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refund Processing Time
Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive the returned item. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 2-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Order Cancellation
Customized products cannot be cancelled.
For non-customized orders, you can still cancel your order after this time as long as the product has not yet shipped.
If the order has not been over 24 hours, we will issue a full refund.
If the order has been over 24 hours and the customer needs to cancel the order and the product has not yet shipped, we will charge a 15% handling fee.
- 24 hours after placing the order, we have already processed your order. The goods have been packed and ready to be sent to logistics, and even are in transit. Cancelling your order and requesting a refund at this time will cause us some financial losses, so we need to charge a service fee.
Once the product has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
